1. Service Learning: You have until MIDNIGHT on FRIDAY to log your hours for this week. For those of you that NEED to make up hours, you need to make arrangements to do so. 
2. If you have Service Learning on City High No School days (like this past Monday), you MUST log the hours so you do not get penalized. You MAY NOT do this is you're absent, or choose not to go to Service Learning.
3. Fall Dance permission slips are now in the QR's.

1. Those of you in English, there is A LOT of upcoming work to keep you busy. Get to it!
2. Work Trackers: Print them out, fill them in, tape them up! DDM posted instructions regarding how to print the tracker onto Plain Letter paper. Use the instructions. They're good instructions.
3. Sign out. Yes. Do it. 
4. Service Learning: go to your meetings, log your hours, and yes...sign out!

IT'S FRIDAY!!!

Announcements:

1. Service Learning...y'all already know so just DO IT.
2. When in doubt...SIGN OUT!!
3. The small time in between class changes is not a break. You may use the restroom or grab a drink 5 minutes after the class began (e.g. at or after 8:15; at/after 9:15, etc.).
4. Work Trackers are DUE to the QR Manager on FRIDAYS. You should be creating a goal(s) for yourself for the week. At the bottom there is a space for you to reflect on how well you have accomplished the goal, or why you did not. Also, make sure you are making note of how many hours were spent per subject. Make sure you are doing these last steps--or the tracker is INCOMPLETE.
5. NO SCHOOL on Monday. Have a GREAT long weekend.

Here are some announcements for the day:

1. Anderson sent a Snowball meal survey. Check your emails, do it. 
2. Remember to log your Service Learning hours for this week.
3. Signing Out: You must sign out of the QR when leaving to attend to the following: ALL Labs, Study groups, Advisory (you all have it different days so we need to keep track), Service Learning, meeting with teachers, bathroom/grabbing a drink, Transition meetings, Internship meetings. The only thing you DO NOT need to sign out for are your scheduled classes. WHEN IN DOUBT....JUST SIGN OUT!!
4. Those of you who are taking the Musto exam: you have until 11:40 TODAY to complete it.

A Few Announcements:

1. Remember the video cameras are now available for IMP and are to be used in a Study Group.
2. Work Trackers: they should be up in your cubicle so you can reference them, and the teachers on rounds can see what you're doing.
3. Log your Service Learning hours. When you miss hours make sure to make them up. This is VERY important. Leave when scheduled for Service Learning, and SIGN OUT.
4. NO SCHOOL September 28th.
5. Ms. Anderson has sent you a Meal Survey for Snowball. Check your email. DO. THE. SURVEY!

1. You can now sign out video cameras for IMP. Remember: you must record in a correctly scheduled Study Group, and sign out the camera like you do with the materials from the Supply Closets.
2. SERVICE LEARNING MEETINGS are held in the Quiet Lunch Room. Check your emails.And GO when scheduled. Remember to log your hours for the week. If you do not--they will not count.
3. Study Club today!!
4. EVERY Monday you must print out your Work Trackers, and post them up in your cubicle.
5. If you come in and do not check into the QR you will be marked AU, even if you made it to your first seminar on time. You MUST enter the Q.R. first.
6. When leaving for Service Learning, you are to go when scheduled AND sign out from your QR and the security office (if leaving the building).

Happy Half Day Friday!!

Announcements:

1. There is a FIRE DRILL today. Before the start of your LAST class, you need to get your belongings from your locker. 
2. Everyone in science NEEDS to sign up for Open Lab for next week, on the calendar. Even if you already emailed Crocker or McWhirter, you still must sign up. 
3. Remember for next week, when you come into the building after 8, you must stop into the office and scan in, and arrive to the QR with a slip. If you do not, you will walk back down to the office to get one.

 Announcements:

• Friday is a half day. Yay!
• If you need any Portal help, seek out teachers on rounds--or ask the QR Managers.
• Keep your headphones in the QR--not in the hallway.
• Senior Package payment is DUE! There are 3 ways to pay (check your emails from Anderson).

Morning! Below are a few VERY IMPORTANT announcements:

1. Headphones: These should NOT be leaving QR's with you. You do not need them for classes, and should not be wearing them as part of your outfit. You must also have them out of your ears at 7:45 AM, before entering the QR for attendance.
2. You may NOT use headphones in Study Groups. The groups are meant for collective and collaborative group work. If you want to study with headphones--remain in the QR.
3. IF you are struggling with entrance into the Portal, have not got on it yet for whatever reason, or refuse to go into the portal to check on assignments--in short ask for help OR get on the portal! Everyone has work to do at this point. Do it. 
4. Those of you who sign out and still do not stop past the Manager's desk. Stop. By. The. Desk.

1. Remember to sign out for EVERYTHING that is NOT on your schedule. Stop by the QR Manager's desk before you leave and when you return.
2. Study Groups must be submitted by 7am on the day you want to have it.

2. Have everything you will need for seminars/lectures/working in the QR. You will NOT be allowed to leave the QR to get items from your lockers.
3. TEEN QUEST IS TOMORROW. Those of you who have not turned in your forms....you know what to do.
4. When signing out remember to stop past the QR Managers desk when leaving AND returning.
