Senior Housekeeping Issues:

*Headphones off and out of ears by 7:45 am.  If students arrive at or after 7:45 am their headphones should already be out of their ears. 

*Drinks in thermos-like or sealable  containers must be closed before entering the school.  Open drinks in disposable cups must be discarded before entering the school and definitely before entering the academic floors.

*No food, gum, or candy should be eaten on the academic floors. Mints and cough drops can be had periodically, but cannot be passed out in bulk or indiscriminately between students. 

*You are expected to be on time for your academic classes or seated in your Quiet Room on time.  The academic schedule dictates when students belong in class, not personal choice.

*Students must remain in their respective Quiet Rooms from 7:50 am until 8:08 am.  Once students arrive in the Quiet Room, this time is to be used for reviewing assignments, checking calendar appointments and due dates, reviewing academic email, and preparing for the day.  All materials should be retrieved from lockers prior to entering.

*Students returning after lunch are expected to either be in their Quiet Room seats or entering their advisory room by 1:05 pm.  This is not a social period. This time should be used to meet with available faculty, review assignments, adjust calendar appointments and due dates, review academic email, and prepare for the remainder of the day.

*Students are not dismissed for lunch until 12:33 pm.  The end of the academic day is 3:40 pm.  During each respective period ending at these times students should remain in their seminars, study groups, and Quiet Rooms until it is the proper dismissal time according to their laptop.
