Field Work Form

During your senior year you may find that you need to leave the campus for class related projects. In order to do so, you must follow these procedures:

• Get field work approved by your teacher
• Fill out the field work form and have it signed by your parent or guardian (must be submitted the week before)
• Schedule your field work like you would a study group, choose the appropriate content area (Grad Project, Science, etc)
• Sign out at security when you leave for your field work

Failure to follow these procedures may result in cancellation.
