Groups of 3 - 5 students who are available at
the scheduled time. All students must not have any of these scheduled:

seminar
·
grad project meeting
·
lecture
·
open lab
·
transition meeting
·
or any other obligation
2.
Spend the entire time working together on an assignment
that you are all assigned.
3.
Respect the room and your peers. (If you find trash on the floors, writing
on surfaces, etc. please email Ms. Warren as soon as you enter the room. The group scheduled immediately before you
will be responsible for cleaning it up. )
4.
Take ALL materials with you to the student group
room.
5.
Remain in study group room until end of period as
indicated on the laptop clock(8:48, 9:28, 10:03, 11:08, 11:48, or 12:23)

·

·
locker
·
returning to QR
·
Phones/Headphones
*Failure to comply with these expectations will result in
loss of workforce and/or small study group restrictions.
SCHEDULING
Create an event in Google calendar no later than 7:00 AM the day of the event. Please see video for detailed description on how to do this:

*Failure to correctly schedule a study group will result in a cancelled
group.
CANCELLING STUDY GROUP
Any study group that cannot meet or no longer needs to meet must delete the event in Google calendar. If the group is not cancelled prior to 7:00 AM the day of the Study Group, one member of the study group must email 2016@cityhigh.org indicating the group members, time, and room # of the cancelled group.
*Failure to do so will result in a discipline report for a class cut.

DOUBLE BOOKING
Schedule only ONE study group per hour. If another student schedules you into a group that you do not wish to or cannot participate in then you must DECLINE the invitation.
*Failure to do so will result in loss of study
group privileges for 3 days.
So, study group privileges will be lost for any
of the following reasons:
Leaving the study group room for any
reason Incorrect
scheduling
Double booking Visiting a study group
